The BestPack™ 6″ Series Semi-Automatic Uniform Tape Carton Sealer is an operator fed adjustable carton sealer using 6″ wide tape to seal the top and bottom of a carton. 6″ wide tape helps with security, tamper protection, and pilferage prevention, and also effectively seals cartons that are overly heavy, over-filled, or otherwise difficult to keep sealed.
All systems incorporate our exclusive pop out pressure sensitive “High Speed” tape heads with patented tab adjustment, and the dual (telescopic) masts allow for an extra 4″ carton height extension on the upper assembly.
All BestPack units are available in our standard baked enamel finish and food grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance. The MSD 6″ series sealer also accepts 4″, 3″ and 2″ tape heads with optional skid plate adapters.

This 39.5 in. long conveyor is a great work platform and allows for staging of cartons on the infeed and the exit.
Order a spare tape head with your machine to minimize down time. Having a spare will allow you to drop in a tape head with a new roll of tape in no time!
High Speed Motor Upgrade (up to 125 ft.)
This accessory adds automation to your adjustable manual carton sealer. The operator only need to close the rear minor flap and push the carton into the unit, the carton sealer does the rest.
This machine is available in 304 stainless steel which is food grade safe for food applications.
